About Dr. Minico

Whatever Dr. Jim Minico does, he is firm, positive and enthusiastic in his approach. Jim was offered a football scholarship and attended West Virginia Wesleyan College in 1980. After serious injury to his back, Jim left for home and enrolled in Otterbein College in Westerville, OH. There, Jim finished his pre-requisites to Sherman College for Straight Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC., where he graduated in 1985, as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Bringing his college sweetheart, Kim, back north with him, they were married in 1986. Jim and Kim settled in southeastern Michigan where they founded Minico Family Chiropractic.

In 2003 they relocated to South Carolina and opened Family Practice of Chiropractic.

Dr. Minico constantly strives to improve his knowledge in the field of chiropractic. He has completed several post-graduate study programs emphasizing better patient care and treatment of whiplash injuries, headaches, neck and back pain.

A firm believer in the basic worth of every individual and the incredible healing power of the body, Dr. Minico is a true doctor for the people.

Dr. Minico and his wife, Kim, have three children and reside in Chapin, S.C.
